Daybound Tower ("the App") is designed with privacy as a core principle. All game data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.

2. Data We Access

The App requests read-only access to the following HealthKit data types:

Step count
Flights of stairs climbed
Walking and running distance
Workout records

This data is read from the previous day only and is used solely to calculate in-game parameters (tower floors, boss chance, gold bonus, workout buffs).

3. Data Storage

All game progress, equipment, passive skills, and run history are stored locally on your device using Core Data. This data is:

Never transmitted to any server
Never shared with third parties
Protected by your device's built-in iOS encryption
Included in iCloud device backups if enabled

4. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

Names, email addresses, or account information
Location data
Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Analytics or usage telemetry
Payment or financial information

5. Third-Party Services

The App interacts with the following Apple services, each governed by Apple's own privacy policy:

Apple HealthKit — for reading health data
Apple App Store — for distribution and potential in-app purchases
iCloud — for device backups (if enabled by the user)

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected from any user, the App is suitable for all ages.

7. Your Rights

You may at any time:

Revoke HealthKit permissions in iOS Settings
Delete the App and all associated local data
Contact us with any privacy-related questions
